3×10 m Unbroken Handstand Walk (progressing to a walk with a full pirouette at halfway, then a backward walk)

Older divisions use scaled segment lengths.

Test Flow

Each round pairs a SkiErg buy-in with legless rope climbs and a handstand-walk segment that grows more technical (pirouette, then backward walk).
